The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The fact that it is a small inn -only five rooms, thus very peaceful. The stupendous view of Hillsborough Bay from the restaurant level. Sarah the dog and Disco the cat! The entertainment provided by the birds and lizards. This is a great place to chill-out and do not a lot. The mosquitoes!.
