Filoxenia was a great pick for a stay in Lefkada, its new, quality furnished, super clean, beding and towels changed every 3 days, hot water all day long. Pedro the owner available to guests 24/7 with lots of information, maps and ofc coffie. It has sattelite tv with channels from around the world, fast wi-fi, and parking for all the guests. It is located on the main road very close to Lefkas town and minutes from the best beaches on the west side. Strongly recommended, it deserves the rating i.
all reviews » We can go on and on about how great the hotel was, and really, we had an absolutely great time. The most memorable thing, however, was the host, Pedro. He was very kind and helpful every time we talked to him. He gave us a map of the island the first day we were there and even suggested places we should visit. He set us up with tickets for a cruise, which was absolutely breathtaking. We were absolutely thrilled by our stay in Lefkada. Everyone was very nice, the food was great, the sights were . Tutto splendido! La disponobilità e la simpatia del gestore Pedro sono state davvero uniche! Con un mezzo di trasporto proprio si arriva in qualsiasi parte della splendida costa occidentale dell'isola nel massimo tempo di 30 minuti. Nelle spiagge più vicine, nel tempo di 15 minuti si giunge da tutte le parti. Attaccata alla pensione, c'è una taverna dove si può mangiare pesce con 10 euro a persona! Sempre a 20 metri dalla pensione c'è un forno per la colazione della mattina. Is a familly business so there are good services...the owner, Pedro was indeed very friendly. The location is not near the beach but that is not a problem if you have a car.....distances to the nearest island atractions are short ones(it is aprox. in the middle between Lefkadas town (6km) and Kathisma Beach (7-9 km)...is was pretty easly to find the location...I would say that it is a 2+ stars location. Pansion Filoxenia was a very good choice for a stay in Lefkada. Its super clean and Pedro (Berlusconi from Greece) the owner was available to guests 24/7 with recommendations and maps off the island. He was very helpful on every ocasion. A plus was the parking, very goog wi-fi, sat-tv and what i liked very much was the balcony off the room, in the night just the perfect place to enjoy the scenery. Everything was great, thank you very much. Filoxenia is a very good choice if you intend to stay in Lefkada. It's near the best beaches in the western part of the island (but you still need a car to get to each one of them). It is very clean, the rooms have air conditioning, and the hotel is situated in a quiet area. Pedro, the owner is available and very helpful to the guests. Definitely would return back. Very quiet location just 5 min drive from exotic Pefkoulia and 10 min away from both Lefkada town and spectacular Kathisma beach. I've stayed at the second floor so I had a good view but the Wi-fi signal was close to 0....I had no chance to have an internet connection.....the number of TV channels are less than 10....but it did'nt bothered me that much....PEDRO fix the problem with WI-fi connection. GPS coordinates is not correct, appartments is on the main road, not need to leave right in the village. Matress was very hard, however didnt have any trouble sleeping, although some may find it uncomfortable. nothing. GPS coordinates are inaccurate, so they bring you 100 yards away on a side road.
