The hotel has been recently refurbished and everything was just exceptional! The room was extra comfortable, the personel really friendly and always willing to help, magnificent location within a walking distance from all of the city's major attractions. The room was beautiful, the bar/lounge was wonderful and the breakfast was great. We'd also like to thank Despina in the bar/lounge. She was fun, polite, and very helpful.

There is a garage in the neibourghood, but ot doesn't work on Sundays.When the hotel is full, could be dificult to find a parking place. A little bit noisy.Too much smoking in common areas (breakfast room, floors, ....), breakfast staff friendly but rather slow, poor meals and drinks selections for a 4 stars hotel. The environment (area) a lot of prostitution. they make 30 minutes to make my bill and charge the credit card and i was on a hurry. parking facitilies,. noise. the breackfast room was very small and the food not even 3 star ,no barking and no concerge at the hotel. The area is a bit poor, but that's not the hotel's fault (that may change with the new metro and accompanying developments). The staff were a bit too "official" in their style. the room was constantly cold and there was a lot of noise coming from surrounding rooms, poor breakfast, junior suite is too small to be a suite,at least it could have a bath instead of a shower.
