  We are a family of four with a 4 and a 7 year old. The hotel was easy to find, excellent location to walk to the centre, easy parking and great value for money. We had a two bedroom suite and we only paid EUR55 which was superb. The rooms and bathroom were clean, modern and well insulated, with aircon and anything you need for a comfortable stay. ... what people say » There were no bowls to have our breakfast but we used the pasta dishes and that was fine. Our sheets and towels were cleaned and changed, the family w - We had the studio at 2nd floor, but there is an elevator avaible. You can take the elevator directly from the "0" floor where is a covered parking. The hotel is fabulous, with clean rooms, clean kitchinette and bathroom. There is enouth space in the room and more on the balcony where you can relax or eat. The building has exelleny finishes with great taste regarding the dcorations.   Owner/operator, who speaks English well, is priceless, and if I owned a hotel I would hire her immediately. The apartment was spotless and in new condition, being only 3-4 years old from when it was built. Free parking almost at the front door was a great benefit. Friendly staff, very nice landlady who speaks excellent english. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, there's a supermarket nearby and a taverna with great greek food.

  The welcome from the owner, george was really nice, he gave us a map and explained the local area and where the best beaches were, nothing was too much trouble. Our room had the most amazing private balcony on the top floor with a view over the harbour.   The location of the hotel was excellent, since we could walk to the center of the town and it was only 100 meters far from the beach! I can describe it as a family hotel and the family-owners were very friendly and willing to help. They even gave us tips that helped us make the best out of our stay there!   It's a lovely place and the staff is really good. Being a family business, one can easily sense the greek hospitality. The room was really big and comfortable and the balcony was also big enough for someone to enjoy their morning coffee or tea while watching the whole area of Karystos. Generally, it was a good choice!

  The proprietress is a very kind woman who went out of her way to keep us happy. The home made baked goods at breakfast were wonderful and sitting in her courtyard was also very pleasant.
