The whole staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful! The hotel itself was beautiful, and was situated a little higher up on Mykonos offering a wonderful view. The helpful staff (especially Andreas) and the beautiful rooms.The staff were really nice and helpful. Very quiet, basic, beautiful garden. Nice pool/jacuzzi area. The room was new, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but tasty. The cleaning/wait staff-2 Albanian Ladies-very nice with good English.all reviews »
Good Surroundings. Air conditioning worked great. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Scooter rentals onsite!. Clean rooms recently refurbished. Quiet area..quiet. It was a bit far from the town for us.1.No instructions for jacuzzi turn-on. Reception did not know how to turn-on and did not follow through with assistance. 2.Use of the hotel parking lot for the motorbike rentals-maybe 2 spots for patrons. 3.Directions on the website must be much better-most locals do not know this area. Too far out of main town. We are a married couple and specified a queen or king. The hotel said they only had two twins pushed together which was not condusive to romance or the most comfortable. Due to cancellation policies it was too late to find a hotel with better sleep arrangements without penalty. We book and requested months in advance. Badly designed, no sun loungers at pool, Bar boarded up, Male staff who let 50 yr old lady carry own heavy bag up two flights of stairs when showing us to our room, Very poor selection at breakfast. No mention that a huge hill seperates hotel from every ammenity in the town.No room service available, no concierge after 11pm.. -The hotel is very farrrr from from the city . In my opinion,it is impossible for walking to the town because there are no foot path,bicycle lane,motorcycle lane.Small room; in the bathroom (too small) it was impossible to take a shower without having water everywhere. No transfert from hotel to airport (most of the hotel in Mykonos have this service).
