Very good location , very nice , friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in the heart of Malia and just 2 minuts walking to beach. Lots of bars , restaurants and night clubs are close to this hotel. The small bar of the hotel serve people till late which is very useful. Desighn of its communal garden was perfect , however the room design was so basic. Totally , we really enjoy staying there. If you have got a restricted budget , I strongly recommend it.

The hotel have the best location in Malia right on the beach and a minute walk from the bars clubs and restaurants .. Antonio the bartender stay whit you in the night on the bar and take care of everything you need, amazing man and kind yamas antonio:)!! The family who ran the business were interested, cordial and welcoming. The venue has been decorated beautifully to a real modern homely standard. Pool Menu was surprisingly extensive and food was nice. Pool was clean. Antonio is very friendly; even make breakfast for us before normal breakfast time cause we have to catch the boat to island. The room was so basic but fare. N/A. Old fashion interior, tiny shower, poor kitchen appliances, cheap tv without almost any channels, same poor breakfast every day, wifi only in the lobby, bar content, furnishing not changed despite dirtiness. But still fair for the price. For people who search something more calm and relaxing, it is not the best place to go, because it is very near clubs and bars where all the british teenagers go partying every night. the pool wasnt clean. not something you cannot bare, but it could have been nice if the pool hadnt had bugs and leaves... Rooms for 3 people are in fact too small. no WiFi in rooms. Cleaness is not great which is important for family hotels. in bath only shower available. The bed was way too hard, and the shower is.. Quite poor. Other than that, no complaints. Malia itself.... Ever day was the same breakfast. The city isn't very nice, very loud and wild. nothing. The communal stairways needed a good sweep and mop, and our door key/pad unit was grimy. Food could have been cleared away quicker - we were mobbed by hungry insects. Overall just perhaps one more member of staff needed.
