  Staying at Falassarna Beach Hotel was an amazing experience, the hotel was very clean, the rooms were tided up every single day, the customer service was excellent and the definitely great value for money. We also got a huge room which had so much space and also a nice kitchen where one can easily cook a meal if you want to. You can also walk to Ancient Falassarna through the olive groves and this is worth a visit. the bus to Chania and Kastelli-Kissamos goes from outside the hotel.

  The villa was very nice and compact; the garden was pretty, pool was good and was cleaned regularly, the house was nicely furnished, the game/gym room was regularly used by our children. She made reservations for our sight seeing trips and supplied us with beach towels. We stayed in a spacious room for three and had a nice deck with a spectacular view.   Our 4-bed apartment was huge. It was in two levels, both air-conditioned, with two bathrooms. Full-size refrigerator. Nice swimming pool with sunbeds on the lawn under olive trees. Washing machine in the reception area. Both housekeeper and manager were very friendly and helpful. Costas was fantastic at helping us out and the cleaner who came everyday was excellent and very friendly. The pool was a little chilly as we were there in early April but that didn't bother the kids!
