  We highly recommand this appartment when you want to stay in Kardamena. It's in a nice quite neighbourhood but not far from the shops. The owner Felipe and his wife Anna give you the feeling that you're welcome. The building is more then 20 years old but looks like new and has a nice garden with beautiful flowers. There are a lot of people they're coming back, year after year because price - Location is brilliant. Our room had 2 balconies with side sea view. Not far from bars & restaurants but peaceful at night. Rooms were spotless with maid service almost every day. Philippos the owner is a lovely man. He is very friendly & will go out of his way to help you. Lovely pool area with loads of sunbeds although we did not spend much time there as we prefer the beach. The Avli Restaurant is lovely if you are looking for a good meal in lovely surroundings. It has a very greek fee

  Very much a family run hotel, with friendly staff, excellent food and ideal for a base to get around Kos island.   For the money this hotel is brilliant. The owner seems a great guy and the staff are all to happy to help you wether it's to borrow a beach towel or a plug adaptor. The hotel has moved away from 18-30's type of Groups and with it there's a nice mix and a nice atmosphere at the resort. With the money I paid, the value is unbelievable. The food I ate during the day was freshly made and again tastes - We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were really friendly, the rooms wonderful and clean and the swimming pool with views of the mountain was pure luxury. One of the best hotels I have stayed in in Greece.
