  Very friendly staff, especially Ms. Maria and Mr. Nikolaos from the reception always smiled and very helpful. Very nice swimming pool area, with lots of sun beds and also shaded areas. Very good cleaning service. I stayed in the apartment I would call value for many, though I stayed with my family most of time out of room - therefore I was happy... what people say » to pay reasonable and did not expect something extraordinary. I recommend to stay on the grand flour as you can expect also a small garden. Extremely - Elpida is the perfect location to visit Istron Golden Beach. The hotel is good enough, and the price good too.

There is a lovely pool but we did not use them at any time, because there are also several beaches. One of them - Vulisma - one of the best in Crete. Ideal place for travelling and visiting more from Crete. Free and fast Wi-Fi - that´s not everywhere. Well, I really do recommend this hotel as a perfect base for active stay and trips on Crete.
