Everything was great. The best all-inclusive hotel we ever had. The food and facilities was very good. Very helpful and friendly staff. Close to the beach. Our kids loved this hotel!. Very good location, excellent services. Some people from cultures, that hit their children (treated them like dogs) and didn´t behave themself in a good way. We saw that several times. Some other guests didn´t respect queue and act like pigs. Sad that you have to see and experience that. But that´s not the hotels responsible but can be worth knowing. Impression that there´s a lot of information in Russia than English.
