  We lived at hotel Akti Alkyon Beach in Agios Georgios, Corfu,from 24. aug.- 7.9. september this year, and we had a great holliday! We were well aware, that the hotel was a low-budget-hotel (oppostite to some of the critical writers here, who obviously expect the same standard as a 5 star hotel for the same price!! Why did'nt they pay for one then... what people say » ?) Our room and bathroom were small, but very clean: New towels everyday, bedlining too. AND we had a grat balcony with panorama view over The Ionic S - Hotel's located best part of island, if you can get room which is sea view, sure you would love to wake up morning watching sea behind palm tree and hearing bird's sounds.. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Giorgia, thank you very much for all information about island and around. Cleaning is ok as all sea side hotels.

  This small complex of studio apartments is close enough (10 minutes) to Arillas Beach to walk in to enjoy the beach and all of the restaurants and bars but far enough away to be quiet.   We loved the apartment and the location, although set back from the main resort area. This was actually a bonus as there is a bar called the Malibu that played their music ridiculously loud until about 1:30 am. We were VERY glad we were nowhere near that.   Wanderful people, great value! This is our third time in Arillas, we love the place, its people and its child friendly beach. George and his family made us feel like part of the family. We can't recommend this place highly enough! - I really appreciated the holidays i spent in Arillas Studios. It was wonderful with the pleasant,warm and the relaxing atmosphere including the beautiful garden and a nice view of the sea from my balkony. Apart from the accomodation that was perfect, i shall not forget the family who were efficient,helpful and very friendly.What is more i was driven from the airport to Arillas and back to the airport without any extra money. All in all choosing a place like that what be a success!

  Great location with easy access to restaurants, shops and the beach. Arillas was definitely a great choice as it is small and quaint. We had a hire car (very beneficial) and passed through many other resorts and didn't find any others with the atmosphere and feel of Arillas. Pleasant room on the main road but the noise wasn't as issue. - Nice studio furnished with all facilities that you need. Friedly and helpful owners. Good location of the house in very quiet and peaceful area, 10-minute walk from the beach of Arillas. We had a really nice stay there and would recommend without question.

  We,a family with 2 kids (9 years and 2 years old) had a fantastic time at Villa Voula. This place is a little Gem stone in Corfu. The staff of Villa Voula, Maria, Spiros and Capitain were fantastic. I have never felt so much "at home" away from home.   We enjoyed every moment of our ten day stay at Kostas. Facilities are clean, well equipped, quiet and close to the beach, shops and restaurants.   The apartment was only a few minutes walk to the centre of the village and the beach - a very good location and peaceful at night. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were fine, well equiped and there was a nice balcony. A supermarket was almost next door. Plenty of parking space if you hire a car. We would stay here again.... what people say » - Everything was excellent. Awesome location, just 5 minutes walk from Arillas beach; close to many restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities of air condition, wifi, etc.

  We went to relax and it was perfect. A 5 minute walk to the village centre & 10 minutes to the beach. We did not eat at the hotel but others that did said the food was good, the village had some lovely places to eat and drink, we recommend the 2-Star restaurant. Stefanos, Nicola & Anna were all very friendly and more than helpful if you ne... what people say » eded anything, the apartment was kept spotlessly clean. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool area and a lovely pool Russell & Clare - Free parking directly opposite the hotel Pool/garden area was very nice. Lots of books in the "book swap" area. Clean. Although the hotel is situated right at the main entrance road into Agios Stefanos our room at the back of the hotel was very quiet.
