The staff were very friendly and efficient too. It was a small, individual hotel right on the old harbour, in a fantastic position: the immediate area is full of little Venetian alleys. The staff made a big effort with the breakfast - a different Cretan dish every day. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, great location and views, awesome breakfast - we could not have had a better experience.
