  The apartments were fantastic. Very close to the sea (100m walk), the facilities within the apartments were great but the best part was the manager. When we arrived the fridge was stocked with bread, milk, home grown vegetables, fruit and wine! The manager checked that everything was ok with our stay every time he saw us and showed us to his stock... what people say » of local wine and olive oil which we could help ourselves to.   Everything perfect! The Family is very friendly and helpfull with tipps. Sometimes we get some fresh fruits to. Its up the hill, so its very quiet. And there are three wild Rabbits living in the Garden :) - Great position, very quite, and beautyful panorama. Owners are very kindly.

Agia Efimia is really lovely town with small beaches around and location wise is good to explore the northern part of the island. Having a car is important if you want to see everything around.   This apartment has left me wishing i could have stayed so much longer. It meet all that i would have wanted in a great holiday. It had the most incredible view, to great food and also the area is very friendly, it even has a car park which is a rare find. One of the best thing about it is its owned by a friendly warm family who put great attention... what people say » to even the smallest details. Another must i think is the location its in the middle of lots of must dos for this island. I found in terms of value i - We really enjoyed the extraordinary friendliness of Antonia, the owner to start with.Antonia makes you feel at home straight away and together with relaxed atmosphere and stunning garden, it made us change our travelling plans and come back for extra days. Very clean spacious rooms, only 5 minute walk to harbour for nice drinks and good food!

  Loved these apartments. We stayed in the Ithaka apartment with lovely views over the village beach in one direction and out to sea towards Ithaka in the other direction. The rooms were very tastefully decorated and everywhere was immaculately clean. The shower was a modern power shower uncommon in Greece. She also arranged our taxi which was - The owner is very friendly and helpful. She gave advice and organised trips us and other guests. The appartments are modern, above average standard and have a/C. They were also thoroughly cleaned daily. Nice pool area, with good quality sunbeds. I liked the location; within 3-4 min walk of bars and tavernas.

  I general I would recommend the stay in this apartments. Definite advantages are the following: 1) very good locations, 8 km. by car from Mirtos, nice embankment 5 min. walk. Agia Evfimia itseld is a very nice place and it is easy to get to any part of the island. The important point is to rent a car, it is a waste of time without a car at the isl... what people say » and. 2). Very friendly staff, you will get all the necessary assistance any time. 3). Very clean apartment 4). All the necessary facilities are av - We had a very warm welcome from the owner and even though we had a small issue with the first apartment offered we were moved with no fuss or hassle and the apartment we had was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and well maintained. I would recommend these studios to anyone wanting a reasonable priced, comfortable and friendly place to stay
