I m coming from Greece but actually I am living and working the last 2 years in Germany. I booked this hotel after many days of looking and searching because I am always worried (I had some bad experience with one hotel 5 years before in Santorini). However, the hotel was awesome. For sure you NEED a car in Milos island and especially in order to reach the hotel.
