Location. Lovely manager. Price and nearness with regards to airport. Great location (about 3 km from Schönefeld) and the price can't be beat. It's definitely not a 5 star hotel but if you're flying Ryanair or Easyjet and are on a budget, this place lets you get a good night's sleep with little hassle or needless expense. The staff is great but if you use the check-in machine (which works very well) you won't even need to see them.clean. Comfortable, clean room.... Comfortable bed. It is a very goog place, for those who seaching for rest in calm place.Easy Access with self service room key vending machine. Very close to airport.- within 20 minutes walking distance. Good location to fly out the next day, fantastic rates, clean spacious room with a sink.Peace and price. Simple pension, but completely ok for the price. We where a family of 5 persons, and could stay in a 4 persons rooms wiht out any problems.very close to the S-Bahn station and the airport, modest but decent room standard, English speaking staff. The location is very good, near to Berlin Schoenefeld airport, also is near the good food shop and bub.Near airport, Cheap price for Berlin, quiet district, near S-bahn, cheap taxi to airport. closeness of airport. close to airport, about 25 mins walk. nothing much...it was ok. gar nicht (Not at all). clean beds and towels. personality. The price is cheap and close to the airport. It was near to airport. The bed. Apparently the cheapest place (35 euro for double) nearby Shonefeld airport. The second cheapest choice - the adjacent "airport hotel" asks 65 euro for double, and though a "proper" hotel, also is located in soviet block building which doesn't create particular sympaties towards it. Nothing. The only positive thing is the S-Bahn Station near the pension.Only 5/10 minutes walking. And you get Schonefeld airport in 5 minutesby train. When you are in the room you can hear the trains passing nearabout 300mts.Only good thing was that it was close to the airport. Close to the Schoenefeld airport.I liked everything. not given information about the nearest train station ahead of time so walked 2 km with heavy luggage. Previous information as to distance from airport and that it only takes one station on the train to get there. The tap water isn't drinkable (rust) so bring your own.people were noisy late at night. When hot no fan to cool down. couldn't open window. There was't anything of tableware in the kitchen. In the morning it was impossible to trink a cap of tee......... There was not even kettle there///. Smell of medicines, and that there in place to eat...
Also that WC isn't in the room... It took me a long time to get the automatic check in to work - the machine seems extreemly unreliable!. No wireless internet access (no even wired too). The shower wasterrible, you have to press a buton to continue the water every 25seconds, and the lights work with a sensor, so during the shower thelights went off 2 times and I had to shake my arm out of the shower toturn on the lights again. The smell in the room was strange, although everything was clean.the bathroom was too far from our room. The showers mechanism is not very comfortable. sound insulation is poor. We only looked for a place to sleep, not for a long stay. The hotel is placed in hutment buildings and minimum of service staff. Its cheap, you get what you pay for.rooms were very cold and it took quite a while to heat them up, there were problems with hot water availability, moreover the receptionist didn't allow us to check-in earlier. On the floor is carpeting very dirty and not hygienic you need surly slippers:). No toilet in our room, room locks could be safer. smell at hotel room. toilet out of the room. No staff ~- automated check in.all drunken pepole shouting and singing the whole night .I didn´t sleep. rooms were stuffy, windows very brittle with cracks in the glass (I did feel unsafe) and therefore I did not want to leave my windows open for fear of break-in. So the room could not be aired properly. On arrival I was told I had to go to the nearby hotel to arrange my taxi pick-up for the following morning.bus, breakfest and cash. Be carreful taxis don't want to drive you from the airport to thepension and from the pension to the airport, you have to use the s-bahn. The smell of rooms. Everything, when I came there at 9 am I was supposed to get the key out of a check-in machine wich of course wasn't working, all was dark and I went to a nearby hotel and asked if they could help me etc, the man called after management from but no one answered eventually I got a key from him to the Schwalbenweg.
Payed the man in cash and went to the room which was icecold, turned on the radiators and came back late at night for a short sleep and it was warm.Actually this more resembles a hostel. "Double room" actually had 4 bunk beds; the location is in several blocks of smth that probably was a kind of soviet-style boarding school barracks and the look and feeling haven't changed very much. Some notices were only in Polish - probably the place mainly tends to be used as short term stay for guest workers, but was practically empty during Easter. 1. The smell in the corridours it´s bad; 2. Bed with metress very noisy and not hard enough; 3. Blackout in the windows (it was possible for other persons seeing the room from outside because the courtins didn´t covered all window); 4. Constant and never-ending noisy from the water tubes; 5. Shared Bathroom where it´s difficult to have privacy; 6. No Pension Staff workers after 21h00;. There was a bad smell throughout the whole hotel. The pizza shop owner, where we had to check in, tried to charge us twice as much as we were supposed to pay. No-one was around that could answer our queries. Carpet seemed extremely dirty. No private toilets and showers.
