  Walking distance from railway station, friendly staff, refurbished, everything brand new and clean, spacious room and large beds - Location close to the train station was excellent. Food on offer was excellent. Rooms very comfortable.

  Would definitely stay again. Picked up some of the cards at the front desk. Man working front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect. Breakfast was good with lots of variety cereal, fruit meat. Very nice very pleasant BR room on 6th floor. Car park was locked and protected. Hotel less than 1 block from train/tram station for those ... what people say » going to Phillips Hall as I was. - Lovely hotel, extra friendly and helpful staff, great rooms, amazing breakfast. All in all, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Would recommend to anyone. Don't be put off that it's 15 mins south of the train station - we were given free tram passes on arrival, the trams are 3 an hour, and they take 10 minutes to Konigsalee, or the Altstadt.
