The only comment I would make is that the wireless internet was not accessible from the rear building where my room was located.   Best hotel we had on our trip. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious = excellent value for money! Young guy on the desk went out of his way to reorganise rooms for us when we arrived really early in morning from the night train so we could check in straight away (at 8am) - even offered us breakfast there and then. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean in a timely fashion. Everything you needed (ex. an umbrella on a rainy day or dry cleaning) was available without a second thought. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, something you have to see to believe. And the location is unbeatable, just steps from Munich's central Hauptbanhof train station. I will definitely stay here again!

  I liked the friendly staff and their ability to tailor their service to our needs. We asked if the spa could remain open late one night and it was no problem. We asked if breakfast was available after the normal time and we were served a delicious meal. - The hotel structure and the area is beautiful
