The beautifully decorated rooms and breakfast room really added to the ambiance of our stay within the walls of the old town. Our room for three was very spacious, and exceptionally clean. The rooftop garden was a wonderful place to read, relax and enjoy locally purchased pastries and coffee. The hotel staff even provided dishes and napkins. everything! my room was very comfortable and had a bit of character which I liked. Breakfast was great. I particularly liked the Sekt which made breakfast more of an occasion. the staff were all without exception friendly and helpful. It was definitely one of my best hotal experiences.

Hotel is situated in old part of city in a beautiful location and is a very interesting, historical old building. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special. The position of the hotel was perfect and we would definitely go there again. We can't praise this hotel enough.Excellent combination of being directly in the city center and a silence. We enjoyed the possibility to have a rest after city trip. If you can see the OLD CITY WALL, you follow the red signs for hotels. To get through the city wall, you take the WEST TOR or the FUERTHER TOR. The HOTEL AM JOSEPHSPLATZ is on the left handside.
You can stop in front of the hotel to load and unload your luggage, please follow the recommondations of our staff to reach the public car park “ADLERSTRASSE”, which is situated 250 meters from the hotel in the same street. We have an agreement with this car park management , the cost will be max. 15 € for the 1st 24 hours, later on 8 €, you’ll get a discount of 10%, if we stamp your ticket ( your price: 13,50 € / 7,20 € ).
