everything was perfect. the swimming pool.Enjoyed the pool, the spa and the open buffet outdoors besides theregular services mentioned above. Hotel is very quiet, has a lovely pool, and staff were extremly friendly.the rooms were excellent, great services, helpfull staff. evry thing is good. The bed was very comfortable. In general I was very satisfied with the room. The facilities (e.g. Sauna, Swimming Pool) were very nice.

A bigger bar/restaurant would be nice. It was a little out of the way but 15 mins on the U Bahn to head to city centre doesn't kill.slow check out. They charge you for even small services. I ordered a two spoons once, they told me that they will charge me 3 euro if I want the spoons (buying them is cheaper). The same thing happened when I ordered a glass of ice. On many other hotels, they happily serve you these items free. But overall, Service was good.A little bit far from city center. I made reservation for 4 nights but they tried to kick me out after 3 nights, not in pleasent way, becuse of thier internal computer (?) problem.This hotel is a little tired and worn . High price of breakfest, not included in room rate.I booked the hotel for 4 nights at the rate of 89.00 Euro per night and for the 2 last night I have been charged double without breakfast. no nothing it was fine.The rooms are too small, there should be more towels offered. The room was tiny - there were two of us and our room was smaller than afriend's single room. We could hardly walk past each other. Room servicewas questionable, they got my breakfast order wrong two days in a row.The lobby,the restaurant,the meals,breakfast,the amenities,the poor everyday cleaning of the room especially bathroom, Not a free access to Internet .

- Take the A9 motorway and exit at Frankfurter Ring.
- Turn left onto the Foehringer Ring.
- Proceed to the Bogenhausen district and turn off at Effnerplatz.

From the west:
- Take the A8 motorway and follow the signs for Nürnberg (Nuremberg). Follow the Mittlerer Ring until you reach the Bogenhausen district.

From the south:
- Take the A95 motorway and exit at Mittlerer Ring Süd.
