At all points the staff members were courteous, cheerful and helpful. The room was ideal for our needs. When we thought we had lost an item, the staff took extra care to look for it and keep us informed (we found it later packed in a different case). The hotel is ideally situated for access to Munich's tourist attractions, to transport and to a huge range of dining options. The room was modern, clearn and quiet on the 5th floor. The staff in the Breakfast room were always helpful and friendly. It was a perfect location from the main station and city centre. I'm sure that I when I'm in Munich, I will stay at your hotel again.
all reviews » The reception looks smart with the friendly staff. Rooms are very clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast is quite good in my opinion. It is definitely worth staying at with such a reasonable budget. I will choose it again for sure if going back to Munich. overall i was satisfied with my experience at demas city. it was close to town center and central station. everything that i wanted to see was within walking distance. the facilities were modern and the staff was friendly and helpful. Staff was so helpful, we came at 8 am (while check-in is at 2 pm and the lady gave us room in the morning without additional fees. That was so great and nice. The breakfast room is on the top floor and is bright and airy with big glass windows and makes for a good start to the day. We were never hassled in 5 days. Whilst immediate location is not the best, the hotel is an easy walk from the main area's. The rooms were very clean and comfortable - great shower! I had booked 4 rooms and requested that one be a twin but when we arrived we were told it would be another 20 euro per night for a twin instead of a double. No room for luggage to be left - instead you are given a lock to tie your bags to a pole on the wall in the stairwell. no aircondition. neighborhood of the hotel - many Turks. The luggage storage area is not safe (it is under the stairs beside the back door). There is nothing to secure it and the staff would not notice if it is removed. Glass door on the bathroom/toilet. Nothing to complain about really. The bathroom is really, really small. We had to pay 18 euro for the parking. I know it is center of Munich and parking is expensive. However, hotel could arrange better conditions for its guests. Nothing. Sex shops but we did not encounter any problems. The third Bed in our room was a folding sofa; it was too small for an adult and pretty uncomfortable. It could get really noisy at night specially during weekends if you book rooms with the street views. nothing it was everything we needed for the price. No minibar fridge. bathroom is relatively small and there was a problem with the sink. After check out, we asked if we could leave our bags there for a few hours. They have a designated space next to back door.It did not feel secure at all. Also they have a note saying that hotel is not responsible for any lost. Small rooms and very small bathrooms. Few tv channels are available with very limited English channels. No air conditioning. It was VERY hot in Munich for our stay (31-33 degrees) so we had to leave our window open. The street we looked out on was busy and noisy all night long. We didn't get much sleep. This would not be a problem at cooler times of the year as the soundproofing on the closed window was good. Our advice: ask for a room that looks out onto the back of the hotel rather than Landwehrstrasse. The area was very disconcerting. We did not feel safe to venture out after dark. The streets were extremely noisy at night and since the hotel had NO AIR CONDITIONING, the windows had to remain open. It was almost impossible to sleep with all the noise. Nothing. The environment around the hotel is not good, many pubs. The room might be a little small，but we are no problem with it. Could be noisy from neighbours on a weekend. Room was a bit small, but we were 3 persons so it is ok. Somebody entered our room in the night at 4.00 o clock, but nothing was stollen , thanx to God. in the room wasn´t a tabel (for eating) and a bath. don't know. Room is small for a family of 3. No place to keep your suitcases or open it for removing your articles and clothing. Suitable if you are 2 persons with little luggage. There is no refrIgirator.
