The staff at the restaurant were very polite. The food was of high quality. The lay-out of the room made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. Nice spa area at the top floor of the hotel. Everything. Also location. And this time without any exhibitions going on, the price was very affordable. The food was great. The wellness area the same.Everything was good at this hotel. I have stayed here several times in the past, but this time, someone (the maid?) smoked in my room while it was being serviced. The noise from having the station right opposite and people being loud on the streets outside which you could hear sometimes. The smell of cigarette smoke - I requested a non-smoking room but am pretty sure I was given a room on a smoking floor and the smell seemed to permeate the walls.Being charged more than the amount I had agreed. The room was rather small and the bathroom tiny. It was more like a single than a double room.Slightly dated decor in rooms. Room was too small and simple. the service in the reception is poor, inpolite. Outdated, cheap furniture, not really clean, just too expensive.

Leave the main railway station through the northern exit. The hotel is directly opposite.

By suburban train (S-Bahn) or underground train (U-Bahn):
Take the suburban or underground train to Hauptbahnhof. Leave via the mezzanine floor on the northern side, through the exit leading towards Arnulfstraße/Pfefferstraße. The hotel is directly behind you.

By plane:
Take the S1or S8 suburban train (S-Bahn) lines to the Hauptbahnhof. Leave via the mezzanine floor at the northern side, through the exit leading towards Arnulfstraße/Pfefferstraße. The hotel is directly behind you.

You may also take the airport shuttle bus which will take you non-stop to the main railway station. It leaves from terminals A, Zentralgebäude (the airport central terminal) and D every 20 minutes. The bus stops directly opposite the hotel.
