  The free breakfast buffet was served at great times (until late morning) and was actually more than a few stale croissants- meat, bread, yogurt, bagels,cereal,fruit, boiled eggs, etc. The hotel offers free wifi- which works and is usable and fast. In Mitte there are some great restaurants,cafes, and shopping. - The location is perfect. Mitte is a great area with lots of vintage stores, nice restaurants en great pubs. Within a couple of minutes you walk to the river Spree, which runs through the hart of the city. Big hotspots like Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Bundestag and Holocaust Denkmal are doable walking. I can recommend this hotel to anyone!

  It was an amazing price/ quality ratio. We had a wonderful, huge apartment for a price elsewhere you wouldn't even get a broom closet. We were amazed about the luxurious comfort and the full equipment of the suite. Specially the kitchen had everything from a fridge, micro wave to a washer. You could have moved in there for living.   This was a fabulous small hotel in the heart of a great neighbourhood of Berlin - Prenzlauer Berg. Unbelievable location in quiet area yet steps from the hip shops and cafes in this great area. The room was huge and fantastic with two big bathrooms. Breakfast was great! Loved the lobby, and the entrance to the hotel, and pretty much everything... what people say » about it! - Comprehensive breakfast everyday - excellent! Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Shower room well kitted out with new fittings - brilliant shower! Good travel connections. Good restaurants in locality.

  The staff and the service were very fine. I saw the gentleman behind the front desk offer to help another guest locate a place to buy some rare auto parts! Very helpful, cordial, friendly, and warm. The location of this spot is pretty much perfect if you want to be in Mitte or up near Prenzlauerberg, it is a perfect spot if you want to wander into... what people say » bookshops, boutiques, the local parks, or get on the metro and explore other neighborhoods. Such a great alternative to the big corporate business ho - Excellent location only 5 minutes walk to the S Bahn station, with a lift from the street directly down to the platform. Plenty of restaurants just around the corner from the hotel, Particularly liked Tucholsky, Torstrasse 189. Be aware that they do not take credit cards.

I don't like a big breakfast meal, but Hotel I31 has an option for coffee and rolls for Euro 5 which is perfect for my wife and me.   The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day. (Still it's an open area so you can drive in/out - We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1.
