Being welcomed at the hotel in a very friendly and polite way throughout the short stay. The reception staff had always a nice word, recommended something, took time, simply took care of their customer in a professional way. The room was excellent, nothing was missing, and everything worked. One of the hotels I would certainly recommend, and I have not even mentioned the location and parking.

The hotel is right in thedown town so we were able to go shopping and visit the city without eventaking a taxi.The original contemporary style, the superb quality and presentation food, helpful and happy staff, excellent location in the city. I was suprised of the style of the room. The room is very modern and comfortable.They were very accomodating with our 2 kids, ages 4 years and 4 months. Hotel is new, great location, friendly staff, good service..Very relaxing and in a conveniant place in the city. The room is fantastic.that they had set up the bed for my five year old daughter and that they had a little robe, little slippers and a very sweet teddy bear called Vanilla waiting for her. It really made her day! I was also very pleasantly surprised that a hotel chain set for business people catered in this much detail for children. Nice modern hotel with great spa and pool facilities, lovely room with door opening onto the river and the staff were very helpfull. Location; room size. Concerning the room service, it was a bit long when we orderedour supper. On one day the room service number was not answered despite many tries over a period of an hour. However, when my food was eventually delivered it was excellent quality and presentation.For us almost too modern: We did not get two beds or at least a bed with two covers and two matelases and theirfore my friend sleept on one of the sofas. The only thing was that there was a clear glass partition between the bedroom and the shower so the your privacy was somewhat infringed !. Spa Seagull was closed for longer period than the staff have communicated before and there is not much place there, so if there are more than 15 people staying in the wellness area, there is no further sunbeds and chairs for others. Breakfast not included, internet should be included , stairs to many rooms. Cut my finger on the sharp chrome edge of a damaged plastic coffee thermos cap. The damage and danger were easily visible in a good light and should have been spotted by the staff. Limited Spa facilities, although this was only due to upgrade works being carried out.breakfast not included. Lack of visual signs, such as indicating swimming pool. When you get out of the lift there is nothing to let you know where to go apart from a garage sign.Very pricy parking - 24 euro per day!. Departure was bit messy due to provision of wrong exit card.the food , the room service and the resuturant it self not much of choice and the quality of food not that good compare to the pricese which were high . one more thing i dont rate this hotel as 5 start to be honest with u its may be 4 , its too dull , lighting wise and decoration wise , too plane , i think they have to cheange the decoration to give the hotel some life.other wise all was just fine. The beds are bad and need to be replaced. The breakfast at the same price as a good steak in other restaurants is far too much! Even though it was good and plentiful. - The bed was not so confortable; - we had to pay eur20for 4 hours in the parking garage which we find bit over the top. I booked a non-smoking room, once arrived I was placed in a room that stank of smoke. Was informed that there was no other rooms available and then the receptionist tried to claim that I had smoked in the room and that it was my fault. (I have never smoked once in my life) After more complaining I was eventually put in a different room but when I went to collect the key I was still being blamed.Hotel itself we have no problem with high quality, but hotel automatically charged 1st night 3days before arrival to my card. But stayed person is my friend and this is big trouble caused. This kind of information have to be clearly mentioned in advance. I will never use this hotel for the future since this is big trouble for us to exchange money later with them.
