The room was modern, spacious and kept exceptionally clean. The location was handy and the climate control kept the temperature perfect though it was freezing outside the hotel. Large apartment-style room (separate lounge area), clean, interestingdesign. Close to 2 underground stations, 15 minute walk to town,opposite Hamburger Dom.Really spacious, comfortable suites, friendly staff, ease of access to metro. Very good value. Highly recommended!.

I had stayed at another NH Hotel in Berlin and had great expectations for this hotel which were met. I did not eat at the hotel as Hamburg has so many places to go out. Easy access to U-Stations.the stuff were very nice,and hotel rooms are very nice and confortabl. The space, the location. The restaurant next door.Very good Business hotel. the rooms. Great room, good service. Location. Large rooms.Staff were very good. Excellent location.Location, friendliness of staff. The sutes. Location and proximity to the city etc. large rooms. Room was a good size and generally comfortable. Would like to have had an English channel besides CNN.the only draw back was that i booked the hotel for a group and i was lead to believe we could pay individually when checking out i was charged for the whole group i had to ask all the group for cash quite embarrasing. Internet was available only for 15 minutes free per day or at a price for the whole day. Would have liked to have been able to pay by the hour; also breakfast was expensive. this is not a big point but the TV had extra inputs for plugging in external devices - Ipod etc. I was not able to use the extra inputs due to the programming restriction of the Television. Though it was not a big enough point to spoil the stay. Noisy traffic. Lack of double duvet. heating was weak but not entirely ineffective. Lack of an appropriate bar area. The price of the Wines and breakfast are to high. to far out from city. not offering the apartments and that the gym only opens when you ask at reception there seems to be no opening hours .cost of breakfast. old fashioned both rooms and hotel, no operating restaurant, not near ST Pauli despite the information on the website, no view. No hot water for more than half my stay. Room not cleaned in a timely manner on one day.
