The staff - friendly and professional and courteous. The modern amenities. I left my phone in the room when I checked out. When I remembered later in the evening I called and the lady at the reception was kind enough to locate my phone through house keeping. My situation was handled so professionally that I was glad that I had chosen Jumerirah `Frankfurt. Jumeirah Frankfurt is a modern luxurious hotel located in the heart of Frankfurt shopping areas. Excellent room, very clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom with rain shower and bathtub with l'occitane toiletries. Very good breakfast with is served in the hotel restaurant but for an extra cost (in our cost).

The location is fantastic, it is close to all famous location & just few mintues walk to Zella shopping street. I will recommend all people to stay this hotel. Location is number one. The prices this time were higher than usual. The swiming pool is only for children older than 16. I forgot one ipad and a back pag after cheking out. I sent the driver from airport to collect them. He came back without the ipad. I had to go myself to collect it. The claim they did not see it altough it was on top of the desk. None. Price is high. Read your bill carefully before you pay. They charged me one extra parking charge and doubled my restaurant bill. The way elevators work is really annoying. Navigation is not correct, must be updated to guide the guests to hotel entrance specially guests with cars. Limited TV options. Staff not helping at all in the reception . Spa, some staff not qualified. Wi-fi very slow. Some rooms smaller than other rooms with same category, same price.. Car parks is not cheap. Expensive breakfast. Very small lobby for this big hotel!! Also, very small restaurant for the breakfast with not much kind of foods. Too expensive. Lobby. The food. Nothing.
