Clean, elegant but comfy interior, good wifi signal (at least Room 464...), tea pot in the room, cosmetic tissues in the bathroom, enough cloth racks, friendly reception and room service staff. Central location (adequately noisy). I got a room at eur 36 + eur 12 for breakfast. For this amount it is an excellent hotel!. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, at walking distance from the train station (particularly if you like Japanese food; the hotel is surrounded by tens of Japanese restaurants). Wi-fi was free, reliable and fast. Price was fair; breakfast is a bit expensive, but optional - there are bakeries near the hotel.

In my tiny room, there was an overdimensioned tv on the desk that was fixed to it by screwes, in the way for the window if you wanted to open it. Also, it made the desk too small for one laptop and an a4 paper sheet. A tv holder in the wall would not have cost much, but it would have improved the comfort tremendously. The rich breakfast buffet that the hotel boasts is only reluctantly refilled by the stuff, especially the fruit pieces. the elevator has A mini problem but not dangerous. There were no room service. We couldn't find anything to eat at night. There were smelling in the room on morning time due to breakfast preperation. The bathroom is a bit small. Maybe the breakfast is too expensiv...but in the front of the hotel,on the corner, there is a japones bakery. The WiFi was shockingly slow. Single room is a bit too small. only stayed 1 night, so I did not have enough time to spot any weaknesses. They have plastic bed sheets so you sweat all night. Toilettries. The shampoo/bodywash was awful!. Looking for the parking lot is difficult around this hotel. Public parking is approx 500 m far from the entrance. Walls are so thin you can hear every word in in adjacent rooms. So the hotel is definitely not for young couples. No air conditioning. I was charged €20 for having a friend stay in the room when she missed her train after dinner. This charge was ridiculous. It was also €5 more than I was told it would be. So appalled by this that I will not use that hotel again. The recepion refused to change my 500 EUR bill into smaller bills, I asked twice with diffrent personel. Bad lift,,, not works most of the time, no ac in room.
