- parking right in front of door - interior has little daylight, but furniture and floor are largely white to enhance brightness - good connection to public transportation (Moltkestrasse tram stop), just a few stops from the river. The a-partment was in a great location and acessible to everything within the city. The room was big enough for three people to stay in and not feel like it was cramped.

The apartment was so welcoming and warm, the decor was unusual and amusing and complemented the simplistic style of the apartment . Apartment was clean, tidy, had almost everything one would need for a city break. - Location, 20 minutes walk to the Dom - The sparkling wine. Modern fantastic design, very clean_ good kitchen. The room was quite clean with towels, soaps and hair dryer. The location was near the central train station and downtown (about 10 minute walk). I definitely recommend it for solo travelers. Neat and clean, especially with such a low cost. Good for business travel and it's super to have free parking just in front the apartment. Good location. Just a short walk to city center. Nothing. - Apartment has water management issues: condensation remained built up on windows 24h, and two of us felt a bit ill each morning - Wifi connection via router with SIM card. We ran through the monthly data volume during our stay, so connection became slow. The shower's hot water did not last longer than 5 minutes. Possible cleaning of windows and insects that were on it. Would have been helpful knowing that it was on the 3 rd floor with no lift access. Advertised as 2 room appartment. I assumed 2 bedrooms but it was 1 bedroom with sofa bed in living room. The internet connection was really poor - not a single webpage was loading. The owner did not respond for an early check-in request that was sent one week before the stay. - There was no letter "V" marking the apartment's entrance door - Somewhat unusual where the keys are located, but you can easily find it if you follow carefully the instructions given. Internet was so slow and it hangs and require to restart router so many times. Apartment os Hansaring has that Grundig TV with no reception , no channels, and I emailed the owner about the problem and he didn't even respond to me. Bathroom is small, and there is no drain hole in it to drain the water coming from shower. Internet is slow. There is no dedicated car park place. No information on washing (Cothes) facilities No parking Early checkout. No staff, i've sent them an e-mail at the day of arrival, and still didn't got an answer, at the door in a front somebody brocken a wall from the early morning - in case of that i advice to the apartment managment to avoid booking on current apartment. Wi fi wouldn't work Trains close by so a bit noisy. Close to railway tracks (but the noise was not too bad) and a bit difficult to get for first time. Looks like motel-type, with separate entry right from car park, which can be a surprise for people expecting real 'apartment'. No Wi-fi (Had to go out to a hotspot) There should be a sign on the apartment's door. Officially non-smoking room full of smoke from previous guests. More expensive than 5-star hotel round cathedral. Although booking .com indicates that A-apartments at the city centre . it was located out of city centre and different address . they should have wet-matt's in the toilet to control the spilling of water. Most disturbing thing is you book at a particular location and on arrival you are routed to a far away place,there is no reception you've to call them. If you don't have a local telephone and a car. then pray to God. Was slightly misleading as the map showed the appartment being nearer to the dom and the centre as it was it was a u bahn ride away and you had to pick the keys up at a seperate location. perhaps it would b better if staff met you with the key at a more convenient place. The apartment smelled bad. they dont have reception, u get key in little box by the door (?), no aircondition in the room. No response to my emails. Broken toilet that flooded the bathroom with every flush. It's obvious the toilet is an ongoing issue judging from the floor and smell. The unit seemed clean but there was a filthy 'tiger skin' mat on the floor which looked terrible. There was no air conditioning. The foyer stunk of cigarettes. There was no plug for the sink that we could find. We had asked for a unit near the railway station which we did not get. It's likely it has not been used for a long time. Dust everywhere. WiFi not work. No working heat, weather was very cold outside and the apartment was freezing. Hot water in shower worked for about one minute before turning cold. Owner ignored our complaints. No washing machine, as stated on website. This place was the worst place; don't stay here!. im sorry but they was laying by putting nice pic's .. when i reach there i was shoucked that everything different then the pic's .. i booked for 6 nights but when i reach there i stay just one night .. i advice anyone to not try it .. its so bad apartment. Expensive for what you get. Not clean. Old staff in the apartment. You never see the staff. I received the keys from a box with a security code sent to me by mail when I booked the apartment and left the keys on a table when I check out. Broken TV. No internet. Very bad for me because I stayed in 8 places this summer and this was the worst. Do not go there. No bedclothes & chair for third adult, no promised WiFi, TV very poor, many think of interior are broken. Also important that location of A-partment not on the place which shown on map. Staff rude and doesn't speak english.
