Great location. Apartment is being serviced every day (cleaning/fresh towels), except for the weekends, nicely decorated (plants & paintings). Friendly staff.

WiFi had a very weak signal that made it mostly unusable on the 5th floor. We had three devices and all had connections that constantly dropped out and didn't come back for quite some time. Not recommended if you require a reliable WiFi signal.
A tip for the shower, don't put on full power as it may slightly flood the bathroom floor.

According to the listing, check-in is from 10:00. However, when we got to the place, we found out that there is only one specific time during the day when the owner is there to give you the key. So we ended up waiting in a café for 4 hours with all our suitcases, from 10:00 to 14:00. The room isn't protected from light so we couldn't sleep after sunrise. There's a lot of outdated tourist information in the room worth throwing out (magazines from 2-4 years ago).
For the price the bed could be better quality . Satellite tv with more
selection of english channels. I stayed there in 2007. There has been no
update / refurbishment of the apartment.If the rate is cheaper I
will stay here again. Gay guides should be current for the month and
year not information that is years outdated.
The disgn is a bit worn off and not of high quality, some parts were broken.
