friendly and professional service from start to finish. clean room with a great view, comfortable bed with different sized pillows and wonderful mattresses. location,very nice staff in reception. Near to U and S trains, as well as buses. Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. 6th floor separate lounge/dining area. The hotel was in a proximal area to a good department store, KaDaWe, and a nice shopping ditrict, the closest underground station is within a walking distance, around 5mins.
