Clean room, breakfast was awesome. Parking was on the street, the people
were very nice and accommodating. The rooms are kind of funky, bright
colors and unique decorations, but livable.
The location was very good. We arrived by car, but the closeness to the S-Bahn station meant we could park the car safely and rely on public transport to get around Berlin.

I had to call to get a key, then they gave me a code, and it dropped out
of a box. But it cost me a lot to call because I didn't have an
int'l calling plan. The hotel rate was low, but didn't include
breakfast, and in the end they charged me almost €10 per person.
Our room (No.9) was on the side of the house nearest the busiest road. If you do not like road noise, it is better to have another room away from the Ostpreußendamm.
No tea/ coffee facilities in room.

Uncomfortable to sit up in bed due to picture hanging too low.
i could not find the breakfast room- then I realised there is a kitchenette on each floor, but of course you needed ingredients to prepare your breakfast, not just equipment and empty cupboards. no reception, you just get the key from a machine outside the door. no signage either, which could really help in the absence of staff.
