The pillows were terrible.There was no sushi bar as advertised on your website and it was in a part of town not suitable for children. No mini-bar in rooms.Good hotel but questionable if this really should be a four star... No "Please do not disturbe" indicator, Room made came in when I was sleeping. My bed was small and fairly hard. Only one pillow provided. Drilling below my bedroom window on my last two mornings was annoying and prevented my "holiday sleep in" as the noise was awful from 08:00. The hotel feels more 3 star than 4 star but I expected this from reviews read when I made the reservation. Towels in bathroom are small and not fluffy as expected at 4 star hotels. Hard to understand how Hotel Artim can be a four star hotel. It's OK, nut nothing special.Internet did not work the entire time. When I asked at reception, theykept saying it was not there problem, ("It was Hotspots"). The elevator didn't work during 3 days out of 4 and we had to walk up to the 4th floor. In the bathroom there was a bathtub, but the hose was not enough long, so you had to be on your knees taking a shower!! The food in the restaurant was maybe the worst we have ever got in a restaurant!!. purported to be 4 * but certainly wasn't. Poor facilities for a 4 star hotel advertises two bars but only one no where to sit and relax no lounge area. 1) Internet is not free. 2) Internet service is not supported by the hotel but by T-mobile, so the price options are very poor T.T. 3) Cleanliness of the room was poor. Charging €169 per night was too high for this category. The service given by the staff was poor. Hotel wanted to charge €3 per night for the use of safety box. Breakfast started only from 8:00 - 11:00 am. No room cleaning service after 14:00 hr, when we stayed too long in the room. No internet cable offered to guest who forgot to bring. Hotel manager was never available when asked.
