The 3-euro breakfast buffet is great, as is the bar, pool table, and foosball table. The best part is meeting people from Ireland, England, and Singapore.The 24 hour opening time and check in. Having to deposit 5 euros for bed sheets was somewhat annoying. One of the door handle to the hallway was broken, and I can't back to my room. Warning that there may be roommate of the opposite gender would be nice to prevent potential awkward moments.

Room information details

Throughout the hostel runs a parquet floor and a lift takes you to the upper floors. All rooms are modern, light and bright with big windows. In the double rooms you will find a shower and a sink. If you prefer to stay in one of our dorms, you will find your own locker, and the bathrooms in the corridor. All bathrooms are separated with no communal showers.

Travelling information

From the Hauptbahnhof (main railway station):
- Take any S-bahn (city rail) train going East
- Exit at the next stop, Friedrichstrasse
- Turn left and walk northwards, crossing over the River Spree
- On the other side of the bridge, take the second road on the right (Johannisstrasse)
- Walk for a further 150 metres and you will find the hotel on the left-hand side

From Schönefeld Airport:
- Take the S-bahn (city rail) train to Friedrichstrasse, and then see above

From Tegel Airport:
- Take bus 128 to the underground stop Kurt-Schumacher-Platz
- Take the U6 train towards Alt-Mariendorf and get out at Oranienburger Tor
- Walk in the same direction you have been travelling in and take the first road on the left (Johannisstrasse)
- Walk for a further 150 metres and you will find the hotel on the left-hand side
