  Hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help. There is a restaurant which serves a large selection of Bavarian dishes and a bar attached next door. The rooms are small, but comfortable at the same time. The bathroom is clean and the shower is powerful (which is a must!). Location wise, the hotel is outside of Munich city centre, however there... what people say » it is very close to the S-Bahn which runs every 20 mins into Munich right into the night and takes no more than 25 minutes.   It was great to have a place away from the craziness of Oktoberfest. It is right next the the number 25 tram stop, which runs very frequently and takes you to Munich. From there, you can take public transportation all over the city. Very clean and beautiful inside. The breakfast was amazing, so it's worth getting a room with breakfast.
