The staff was very nice, all of them were helpful and easy to deal with, anything I asked for it, they made it for me with a nice smile on their faces. They are able to make for you a tour program, and also they are dealing with such a nice drivers, really they are nice people. The boss of the hotel was so hospitality with us. I recommend for this hotel, and yes I'll do it again with the same hotel :).
all reviews » Everything was great. Very nice staff, good size modern bedroom, great shower. Breakfast was excellent, good variety to please any person, from cereals to omelet, etc. very nice. Location is very good, five min walk to Liberty Square, five min to Funicular. Old city I think is close also. Lots of shops near by, a few bars and restaurants also. A very good stay!. Although not in the immediate city center, the location is pretty successful, as it takes only ten minutes to walk to downtown. Room size and conditions are much better, especially compared to many similar type of hotels in Tbilisi. Personnel is quite hospitable, welcoming and always willing to help. Everything was so great. The hotel is close to the centre of city and you can get there easily by walking. The employees were helpful and friendly.I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone visiting Tbilisi. I liked the hotel's design, the staff's overall friendliness and readiness to help. Smoking smell in the room. Very noisy.Poor breakfast.
