  We liked the secluded location in the fields in Champagne. There was a wedding at the hotel when we arrived and you could really hotel see the romance on a sunny Saturday afternoon in a French Chateau . . . Corinne was our host and she wonderfully organized everything and also brought the 1/2 bottle of Champaign we ordered. Also the next morning... what people say » the breakfast table was laid for us alone in a private salon, the service was really friendly and nice. we recommend to stay at the hotel . . - Le Domaine Chateau du Faucon was even more beautiful than we could have possibly imagined. The tree lined drive leads you through to the manicured gardens which open out to the magnificent Chateau. The equestrian facilities are amazing. The restaurant is exquisite and we would rate it Michelin 3 Stars. The accommodation was exceptional. We will definitely be back.
