This hotel really was the hub of the village. We were pleased with the hotel, rooms and evening meal. The staff were very helpful, there was a good smattering of English, and they were good natured about us trying out French. The Sleeping area was up the road from the restaurant. The breakfast area was also by the rooms, a marvelous breakfast,
... what people say » all local produce. A small shop behind the breakfast area allowed us by food for our onward journey. -
The welcome from the staff, although I speak a little french, the
manager spoke excellent english and was very friendly and helpful. We
had rooms 3 and 4 upstairs, not suitable for the disabled. Very
comfortable beds, very quiet and good food in the restaurant.

Can't praise too highly. Very comfortable, spotless kitchen, lots of communal space. Excellent arrangement between 2 fired and the Auberge. Auberge did simply one of the best meals I had in France and had THE best cheese board. Excellent service. -
A good room with a restaurant just down the road.
