  Our hosts Patrick & Francois were fantastic. They were so welcoming & so helpful with information about where to go & the best places to see. As well they opened their magnificent home up to us. Gave us a tour of their chateau & explained about its history. Our room was very large with lovely canopy bed. Very large well equipped... what people say » bathroom too We cannot recommend this chateau highly enough - Beautiful chateau in stunning grounds. Owner Patrick showed us around the old wine cellars underneath the chateau . We had the 'Marie Antiinette' room which was very large and beautifully furnished. Very quiet with plenty of parking . Breakfast was also good but we went into Chatelleraut for dinner and found fantastic restuarant
