A very comfortable room in a very attractive hotel. Right in the centreof the tourist area, parking was easy too. - Friendly staff/owners. Room beautifully decorated as were the public rooms. Breakfast good.

The location of the Comtes de Champagne is perfect for exploring the centre of Troyes. This was an unexpected pleasure and we spent hours wandering through the little winding streets.
We were pleased that the hotel provided secure parking.
The hotel is very atmospheric, with many interesting features which reflect its history.
Breakfast was plentiful and efficiently served.

My partner and I chose to stay overnight at this hotel for its restaurant Le Royal. In the Michelin app it is listed as 'Traditionnel, Classique'. And that's exactly what it is. Good gourmet food for a very reasonable price; a three-course menu for under €30 is excellent value including a cheese trolley and/or dessert trolley!

Great little studio apartment close to the train station and easy to find. The apartment itself had everything that we needed: fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with a great shower and a separate toilet, very comfortable futon bed (more comfortable than some beds) and laundry facilities.
