  It was well-located but quiet. The beds & pillows were exceptionally comfortable and we slept well. The staff were friendly and we were able to leave our luggage in the office whilst we spent rest of day out and about, even though we stayed only one night. Because we found breakfast expensive, we were delighted to find that you could have a 5 ... what people say » euro "petit faim" breakfast in the room, which suited us perfectly - coffee, pastry & juice. Sensible time checkout meant we had a relaxing breakf - I, rather stupidly, had booked the wrong date, however, this was not a problem for the hotel and they accommodated us in another room, with no fuss whatsoever. Very user friendly.

  Picked this hotel after looking at a few in the area and we were not disappointed. We received a very warm welcome, the room was clean and comfortable, dinner in the evening was typically old style French cuisine, delicious, and they have just about the best breakfast I have ever seen, anywhere, certainly in Europe, a complete feast. The staff were helpful & friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and with the basic facilities to make hot drinks etc. For breakfast, there was a good selection of buffet items. My wife and I enjoyed staying at the hotel, and would choose to again.

  What a find. Stylish, eco-friendly boutique hotel situated in the historic medieval part of this very pretty town. This has definitely been a labour of love for Pascal and his wife but judging by our overnight stay, it will surely be very successful. It has such a calm, peaceful atmosphere, with immaculate beautifully decorated rooms, quiet situation, comfortable bed and locally sourced food-lovely breakfasts. St Valery is a beautiful medieval town and close to walks with views over the Bay of the Somme, cyling, and steam train rides. Can't wait to return!

Our room had a lovely walk in shower. large bed. Breakfast is taken across the road in Au Vélocipède which was also very good. we were made to feel welcome and enjoyed our stay. Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, was quiet when we went October 2013. but that suited us. it is a nice place to walk round.

  This is a hidden gem in St Vallery. As well as being a lovely place to stay with very nice hosts and a good breakfast taken overlooking the estuary it also had the luxury of tea and coffee making faculties which are not usually found in French rooms.   Our hosts were just a lovely couple, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and filling with lots of homemade goodies. they were able to accommodate our bikes and had lots of information to hand. Delightful. - Very interesting decor

  Excellent location - very convenient for the lovely little town of St Valery Sur Somme. Apartment has everything needed for a weekend break. As we had the smallest apartment, I would think 3 or 4 days here would be sufficient. I didn't see the other apartments which I understand are bigger and might be more appropriate for a longer stay. Dominique... what people say » is very friendly and helpful. - This was so much nicer than a hotel. The apartment is well equipped, especially the kitchen, and it was lovely to be able to go straight out into the garden. It is a very easy place to stay with a dog. The town is perfect, a combination of great places to eat and shop, with gorgeous countryside all around. The steam railway is a great way to get to the coast, very enjoyable.
