I loved everything, but mostly contemporary modern design, cordiality,cleaniness, services, rate. the hotel was good, they gave us a free up-grade as it was my birthday...very sweet. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the hotel was spotless. Peaceful location and close to restaurants. Breakfast good in pleasant surroundings. The staff was great! And hotel was very stylish and great location.

Not too much of a problem just had to keep the window open.No restaurant or bar except in room. would have liked a public bar as opposed to only having minibar option. buffet breakfast very expensive. I coudn't work out how to use the shower in my room so instructions will need to be left. Internet signal was on/off. Rooms are small (but it is Europe). swimming pool is small. Room was a little bit small but not to bad for a w/end break. Spa treatments were expensive. The room was very small and being at the front overlooking the road it was very noisy. The receptionists were a bit frosty .Just repainted corridors etc, and smell was uncomfortable. Over all, particularly breakfast room, tend to be modern design and some times not so user friendly. Rooms were small. Room service was terrible and over priced. Extremely small room, room service overpriced. They miss leading the customer with the parking information which is crucial in Paris. Wireless internet not available in the room, in spite of announced; window did not close; too many daylight in the rrol.
