They were so bad it was hilarious! We were charged €26 for four 5" pizzas of the kind students buy at Tesco for £1.99 and stick under the grill. Truly awful, and out of keeping with the breakfast offering. Although the room was charming it needs some work. The chair, thoughsilk and beautiful, was threadbare; the carpet, though a pretty blue andregal looking had some stains; the bedspread, though elegant, lookedlike it was old. The hotel needs some refurbishing investment, butperhaps that's why the price was so good?. No bidet. (We are French in our habits.) Mediocre and unadventurous breakfast. Bed too hard and bedroom slightly too small. No tea/coffee facility. The room should have had better lighting- it was very dark at night and impossible to read newspapers etc!. Room far too small for the price. No drawer space orsufficient clothes hanging space. The gym equipment was good, but there should be a treadmill as well. Pillows. some stuff very impolite. Toilet area was a little small (particularly if you are over 6ft tall!). No coffee facilities in the rooms. The decoration is starting to look a little tired. Bedroom v small with inadequate wardrobe/drawer space. The price of breakfast is high but the selection is very good. I could not get an BandB rate online as all these rooms had gone. The rooms are pretty small. we asked for twin beds, had one bed. Bathroom needed updating!. The room could have had another light - was hard to see inside the wardrobe. Hotel room was quite small for price paid.Could be cheaper and breakfast is very expensive.Value for money is not ok. lack of hotel and local information in the room.room service could be better.overall the hotel standard was one of a comfortable 3star.Being Canadian we are used to bigger rooms for the price. We had a 'superior' room which was quite large and comfortable but veryshabby. The bright orange bathroom was a shock in the mornings!Breakfast was very expensive, but there were plenty of surroundingrestaurants as an alternative.Change some of the personal (especially women, which is very rude witheverybody), make breakfast cheaper, make some renew in the bathroom,because the bathtube is plastic and when you fill up with water itdeformates. rather a small room /expensive breakfast which therefore we did not have. however one morning we had a continental breakfast in our room which was good value with 2 big tea pots so plenty of tea. Wifi didn't work, they appologised for it everyday but couldn't fix it in the 4 days of our stay. the hotel is tacky, needs substantial refurbishment to be called 4 star which it certainly is not at this time. However in to other hotels in the area it is reasonable value for money. Breakfast was VERY expensive. Only CNN on the TV. The atmosphere inside, the bar, and the location of my room.
