Location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Great that there was a fridge and computer and internet access. The common area was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Courteous and helpful staff, clean accommodations and generous breakfasts. What a superb hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, the location was ideal, plenty of metro staions around. We will definetly be returning. Excellent location, clean rooms, size of room (not too small) and location to the Metro.The staff-desk and service were kind and helpful. Made a great dinner recommendation. The WiFi was unavailable during the first 4 days of our stay. sound proofing ( you ear neighbours, toilets, etc...). The lift. Very slow. No parking outside - impossible to unload luggage and there was no help on offer from the hotel. Bathroom was abit small but very clean. The room was to small and not very clean. the restoration of hotel is not written on anywhere. hotel was quite noisy because of that. hotel did not accept us dollars which is very odd. they are the reasons why, the prices were extremely high for such hotel.the shower did not work, the hotel was under complete construction work -nowhere mentioned - and in fact far from the center of saint german.so overall i would not recommend it nor stay there again. During 12 o'clock and 3p.m. there is no one to clean the room. Once i was back after 3p.m. I want to sleep for a while, then 2 ladies interrupt me 2 times to clean the room it's horrible. very bad experience. internet connection not working in the room, arogant personnel when I tried to solve the situation. I stayed for one night, Room was not clean, the hotel in renovation, and this is not been mentioned in the site (they mentioned that no elevator), Breakfast was poor better to take it out.
