The room, though small, was very clean. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. English spoken. Great breakfast. Nice, quiet residential area, but a little far removed from the main tourist areas (nearest, @ 1 mile walk to the Eiffel Tower). Places to eat nearby, small groceries near as well. Subways a short walk from the hotel. I loved everything about this hotel.The design of the hotel was very special and unique. Comfortable beds and clean room. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they spoke very good english. It was closed to the metro, supermarket, restaurants and central to all the attractions. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our hotel was in a very good location, not in the noisy part of town but really close to everything we needed and just 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. We really enjoyed ourselves!. The Platine is fun and relaxing. It's tight quarters but no tighter than any other Paris hotel. The baths are great. The staff makes everything easier. Go for the petit dejeuner. you'll skip dejeuner. located next to but out of traffic area of beaugrenelle mall. This is one of the most original hotels I have seen in a long time. Excellent design, very clean and comfortable, friendly service and nice location, close to metro station Charles Michels. Will definitely stay here when I visit Paris again!. Hotel was superb! It would be nice if the hotel provided this information before booking. Very small rooms but nice design. The dimension of the shower is not large enough because of a slanting wall. Curtain is not a good solution. After using the shower the half of the bathroom is full with water. poor breakfast,small rooms. Rooms are very small even if nicely decorated. Not big enough to do anything other than go to bed. What's not to like?. The room was very small. The satin throw and the cushions had stains. We had a breakfast only once at the hotel, the selection rather poor. No tea or coffee facilities in room - I'm English, I need my tea!!!!!!!. The staff, the size of the room, how dirty it was, the breakfast, the price, ipod dock not work, wifi slow! Many bad points!. Location,breakfast,too small room,they discounted 184 eur as a hold money when I checked out they told me the hold will be released.in fact the money discounted not blocked.up to know I have not get my money back.
