Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided free internet use in the lobby. The room was clean and included all the necessary ammenities. It was very close to all major attractions and in a great neighbourhood. Excellent value for the price!. This hotle is extremely close to the louvre. You can easily take break from the louvre and go back to your hotel and then return. It's a few minute walk. The Hotel staff was really good and helpfull with infomation and recommendations.

It is just north ofthe Tuilerie Gardens and the Louvre. We were within blocks of the Seineand used the Autobus for most of our travel to see landmarks andmuseums. Just the need for cash for the shuttle to the airport could have been explained, as I had to run out to a ATM, cause I spent all my cash and assumed I would just add this to the room charge and pay on my credit card, but it's sub contracted out and it's all cash. I little blurg on the site or the sign in the hotel would have done it.Some of the furnishings were old and unappealing, but the rooms were comfortable. Internet Service. We had two rooms - one had been updated and the other was from the FirstCentury. The furniture in the First Century room was broken with doorsripped off. If you go in the summer time, beware there is not airconditioning. We were there the end of April and had the great windowsopen most of the time. The rooms need updated but unsuite very nice. Additional breakfast costs quite high. Decor in the rooms quite dated - needed refurbishment. No tea and coffee facilities in rooms. No price list for mini bar in room. Our room smelled bad. Everything else was great.A fresh coat of paint would improve the rooms and bathroom. The bath looked a bit worn and also the towels had holes in them. Cracked paint on the radiator but it worked so not too bad! Generally clean but not in the corners especially in the room which was carpeted so lots of germs there. carpet was filthy, towels didn't get cleaned. The room was too small, without air conditioned and dirty.
