The customer service was outstanding, the best I have had anywhere! This is a beautiful hotel in a superb location right next to the Palais Garnier with the Galeries Lafayette and other superb shopping nearby. It is easy to walk to lots of other places from here such as Place Vendome or to take the frequent buses or metros all around the city. No Wifi inlcuded (24 Eur per day) - Not cool for this kind of hotel and pricwe. Very pricey breakfast (Eur49). Lack of swimming pool, price of breakfast. Nothing. No previlage for priority club holder. breakfast came at last minute. Receptionists and concierge are not friendly, they don't do their best to help. too long time for check in and check out. Laundry service: expensive and laundry came back dirty. Bad room service as it tskes sges to get what you want..the instant service you have to call them several times in order to get what you want!! I found plastic material in my scrambled eggs even!!. Very expensive and the receptionist don't know any thing about my extending booking though they have sent me confirmation letter to my room, so she kept calling me about the time I would leave !! It was so inconvenience and not professional attitude at all!!. Internet. I shall prefer to have a Tea Kettle in room. Because of non availability of rooms, I was checked in at 17:00 pm!!!. Rooms a bit old. -Spa , not very nice -internet 24€ every day ( Internet is so important like food) -very noisy construction around. -Booked 3 rooms arrived to hotel at 8:00 am and got the rooms at 4:30 P.m but still it was ok I was given free food and drinks in the lobby . -suggesting area for kids to play in the hotel - I'm sure the hotel has a lot of spaces & staff for this. Service is so so. Rooms are old, food is average and price is not competitive. No free wifi! This is difficult to accept. The room we booked is supposed to face the opera house. Unfortunately, the opera house is under the construction and nothing ever mentioned on letsbookhotel.com when we booked the room. There we are facing the noisy and ugly opera house ! Very disappointed!!.
