Excellent location, plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby. At four and half months pregnant, we wanted to be able to go back to the room to rest, for which it was perfect and surprisingly quiet (on the 4th floor) for the middle of a city. Fantastic location, quaint setting, non commecialised business with charm and character..... Staffing we're most pleasant and overall very helpful.....

Asked for non-smoking room, but the feeling was like sleeping in an ash tray!. the small bed!. My first single room on 4th floor was tiny in room size and bed, badly worn carpet, had dated decor and bathroom fittings and was very noisy at night. (sound travels up!) This was compared to my mother's ground floor courtyard room booked at the same price, which had new fixtures and fittings, and was much bigger in room and bed size. Don't take a single on the 4th floor.The first room I was in was awful. I asked for a change and the agreed. Our room was shabby, small, the airconditioning didnt work and it's location opposite front the Fire station didnt help. Very poor value for money, one room was very small with no wardrobe, only hangers. Other room better. Drinks very expensive. Tea making facilities plastic cups!!.
