The room are small but the hotel is so nice,...Excelente localizacion en Paris, uno de los mejores hoteles a ese precioen los que he estado, definitivamente regresaremos... La habitacioes sonpequenias pero que habitacion en Paris no lo es??? Ademas estan superlindas... Excelente.... Location was excellent; hotel was very quaint; room was extremely large by European standards; the bed was comfortable and the bath was large and more than reasonable.

The locations of this hotel is excellent, 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower + the Champs Elysees, Hôtel des Invalides is literally on your door step. There is a chemist across the street and a supermarket 2mins walk away. The hotel was very cute, very quiet and great value for money. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Paris.The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us with a lot of local knowledge e.g. where the laundry ws, the best way to travel from and to the hotel and tourist sites. The decor of the hotel was warm and welcoming too- particularly the stair well. Close to the Eiffel Tower, easy walking to major sites, secureatmosphere around the hotel and environment.The room was spotless clean, in a good location, with very friendly, helpfull staff. Some of the staff were friendlier then others. some readily offered help and suggestions, some were a bit surly when asking questions or for assistance. The location was perfect to sights and the metro. Location--I was attending expositions at Grande Palais and it was walking distance...several modes of transportation were also close. I would return to this hotel. Has a real "french feel" , freindly staff,great location, fridge in room a big plusand nice outdoor sitting area just needed more garden attention. Breakfast was not a good deal at 12 Euros, but alittle bakery down the street had a croissant, orange juice and coffeefor less than 5 Euros.Room needed decorating. If you are in the annexe very thin walls in the room. The television in the room didn't work, and the day manager was not apt to make an effort to fix it. However, who stays in their room to watch tv when visiting Paris?. There was a slight mustiness to the rooms due to the wall to wall carpeting and tapestried walls which bothered my allergies but it was generally very clean and the bathrooms are new, and the shower excellent with good water pressure. Room a little dated. Expensive breakfast. Bar across the street was very noisy. Plastic cups, glasses were hard to come by. The rug should be replaced, it was a bit seedy, stained and dirty. Some noise issues as we had a room at the elevator and loud drunk guests returning in the wee hours would wake you. Not the hotels fault. Breakfast was very basic but uninspired...a warm entry or two, such as chance to boil eggs, would have improved it.I never want window direction in the street!!!!!!. no air condition. Our room was at the top which had a slanted roof which made it a bitdifficult for my 6'4" fiancé to move around but for one night it wasperfectly acceptable and adequate for what we wanted from a room. Facilities. The small room. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Room could have been bigger.The only down side was that the room was a little small but you only used the room to sleep so this wasn't a big issue. Room and hotel interior were somewhat beat-up, peeling paint, broken fixtures - some renovation needed here...Our room was a mixture of old and new. The bathroom was good but thecarpet was absolutely awful and the hotel should rip it up and lay a newone down as soon as possible.
