Great location - could walk to so much. Loved the streets nearby - great cafes. Recommend Power Cafe at end of street - very friendly. Close to Metro. Staff always helpful and we had a wonderful room for our needs which met our request for a room which was quiet and with 2 separate beds. location was excellant; it was very clean and well kept; bathroom was larger than expected; would stay there again.
all reviews » The situation of the hotel is excellent. It is in the very centre, but located on a calm small street. We were three persons travelling (two adults and a child) and had reserved a triple room. Our room turned out to be actually two rooms, without a door between them but made the stay very comfortable. Lack of free WiFi is unavailable; went to McDonalds down Rue Rivoli toconnect, which is sad considering the price for the hotel. The bed wasunyielding and too firm.For the price really... Does not worth it...but Paris is like this. It'sa commun thing to not get what you expect for the price you pay. Room very small. Shower was a hand held devise.Uncomfortable second bed (a fold out camp bed). A lot this time. We stayed here before and had a wonderful, big modern room. This time we had a very small room which was just mediocre. The last time the hotel manager was wonderful welcoming, this time there was a grumpy lady behind the front desk all the time. We were quite disappointed.Very Basic.

Hotel Louvre Rivoli has planned renovation work. They plan to renovate the lobby. Disturbance will be kept to a minimum, but there may be noise and a little dust.

The 6th and the 4th floors are also being renovated, so will be noisy from 09:00 until 17:30. Nobody will be permitted to enter the floors where the workers will be.

The cellar breakfast room which is 2 floors beneath the lobby will also be renovated.
