Comfort of the hotel (very clean, cozy and tasteful), the friendliness and helpfulness of the people working there, the location in the Latin Quarter and the view out our window. Loved this hotel. Good sized room for Paris. Very comfortable bed and the best pillows! Friendly English speaking staff. Great location for sight seeing and restaurants.Close to Notre Dame, easy walking distance to everything. Could see Eiffel Tower from our room window. Staff were incredible, hotel clean and well decorated. Loved it!.

This hotel was great.Realise its not usual in Europe but would have appreciated a kettle in the hotel room. The only problem I had was I could not use the hotel's internet and had to pay for internet from an alternative service. The staff was helpful in trying to get it to work, but it wouldn't work...I don't think it was my computer because the hotel's computer downstairs didn't work either. Due to the poor value of the US dollar, it was expensive, but comparing to other hotels in the area it was fair. Outside noise from Rue St Jacques difficult to shut out from bedroom window. Only CNN and Eurosport on offer as an English language TV channel. It would be nice to have tea / coffee making facilities in the rooms.The A/C was working poorly the entire time during our stay and they could not seem to get it to work on a consistent basis; the woman at the front desk on our arrival did not look happy to see us becuase of the early hour, and I found that unacceptable in customer service. the smalest room I have ever staid in.Quality for the price.
