Very close to all major touristpoints in Paris and at night located in a very quiet street. location, near all great places like Champs Elysees, Louvre, restaurants etc. polite staff, very close to the city center,. The lift was small and the circular stairway fairly steep. I had asked for twin beds as i had surgery when there but was given a double .Room is too small. There is no shower cabin. Every where get wet.The room maintenance was not 100%, but did was not bothering during stay. a lot of noice during the night.room was a bit shabby for that kind of money, We were expected from double bad room double mattress though.It was two single mattress.Heating was very poor,. The interior was a bit outdated, the hotel was perfect for just sleeping. small room. bed covers and pillows. some of the reception staff were rude, but then again so are most french people. We were given a very tiny double instead of a twin, and the bed was sosoft that neither of us dared to move during the night. Luckily we werechanged to a twin the next night (and offered a breakfast ascompensation) but still, the hotel's facilities are old, things (lamps,hair dryer, elevator) often not working. was good for the price, but it was old, and could probably use a bit of renovation. Lobby, Lounge area and breakfast room are very small. WiFi did not work , big problem. The room was a bit musty and also the bedsheets seems to be too old andneed to replenished. Bathroom are small, typical of French. furnishings very old. Room smelled like cigarette, my room was great, 64, but my friendpaying the same price, was facing a wall, and overall, tiny rooms butexcellent staff. the size of the rooms, they were very small, we asked to move from the first room as it was so small it was on the 3rd floor, the receptionist was pleasant and moved us to a different room. I must say that the French Hospitaliity is nothing on the Irish Hospitality.Price. No air conditioning, in August and wi-fi did not work. price is higher than value. the breakfast is much higher than value. Smallest bathroom ever! - you just cannot imaginea smaller bathroom, you cannot even take a shower there. Not a very clean room, too.1.Rooms are too small. The worst is the toilet. The space is so small that you will have difficulties putting on your underwear or your pants in it. The lift is also very small. There is room only for 2 adults only. too small. 1. no clean/ staff don't have more information about Paris/ No. the rooms are very small.the room are very dirty and the reception stuff is unfrindy they arealso un fear and un onest.

From the ring motorway, take the exit PORTE MAILLOT in direction of ARC DE TRIOMPHE, CONCORDE. Continue straight on AVENUE DE LA GRANDE ARMEE then on the CHAMPS ELYSEES. When you reach the central roundabout of the CHAMPS ELYSEES, turn left on the AVENUE MATIGNON, then first left on RUE DE PONTHIEU.
